Volunteering For Seniors support form has created a new form to connect seniors who need assistance with volunteers who are willing to help.

The form includes:

A section for volunteers to share their location, availability, and the areas in which they can support seniors
A section for seniors who are looking for help
An option for family members or caregivers to complete the form on behalf of a senior
